So, I was only at 15 hours, 30 minutes for the month of February. However, if I included the walking I do back and forth to my car every day for work, I would be at about 16 hours anyways. So, there you go. This is NOT cheating. (Haha)

I’ve changed this goal around a little. I did have that I wanted to exercise six days a week, but I think that’s just setting myself up to fail. Instead, I want to get 16 hours worth of exercise this month. I use a website that allows me to track my daily exercise, and it tallies up my monthly totals. I’ve already logged about 8 hours for this month, so I’m halfway there!
