As a freshman in college, I have really tried to branch out and meet people. I have done a play, worked on a movie, been a lobby host, been in the school student government, overall I’ve really tried to become active on campus.
I also about once a day eat a meal with a new group, or a new person, and know a lot of people.
The end of the day though, well not really the end of the day, more like all the time, I am ridiculously lonely. I have lots of friends, but what i’m looking for , what I need are good friends, are confidants. Quality vs. Quantity. There are 3 girls with whom i click with and when all of us four are together its just great, but we are all in different dorms and although i know we all want to be part of a group it seems as though no one is willing to take the intitiative and really glue it together.
My goal: From thursday (wed is my super busy day) I will put in a lot of effort in getting to know those three girls much better, and inviting them a lot.
With my guy freinds im great, but gotta work on growing closer with these girls..
