looking for recreational equipment. What I love about my friend is that he is as carefree as I am. Would you believe that both of us were in the toy department hoola hooping away. That was fun!

Mind you that we are both past the age of 15, 20, and even 30. What kids we are.

I’m pretty honest & open anyway. I spent Friday night sitting in the dark with candles lit eating vanilla ice cream and drinking merlot. It was sooooo nice. I wrote a poem about him.

I invited him over to share the quiet & peaceful moment with me. He did and we just sat there. Well, he sat there and rubbed my feet while I reclined back and let him. I even shared my poem with him.

The merlot was very good.

I’m writing a sticky note to myself to remind me that I have to do this. NOW.

was on mind tonight while driving around thinking about him.

Well, I thought I would share my new goal with him, so I sent him a text msg to call me. Do you know my phone was ringing within a few seconds of sending the text. He said that he was glad to hear from me. Then he proceeded to tell me about how I’ve been on his mind all night. Damn! oops I mean DARN!

I hesitated to tell him why I really wanted to talk to him. So instead, I let him talk about his night and how he wished he could have shared his earlier experiences with me like we’re used to. I hesitated again. But then I told myself what the heck, I’ve got nothing to lose.

I told him that I adopted this particular goal. I apologized for not being totally daring with him, but told him going forward I need to live life to the fullest and NOT hold back anymore. I mean it. I’m not holding back anymore. With or without him.

I am passionate, but not very daring. Ummmmm. Interesting goal for me to adopt. We’ll see how it works for me.
