6am does not exist for me unless I’m getting in a cab after a bender from the city.
Waking up at 8-9am most days, I feel as if I have missed most of the day, therefore automatically started on the back foot (behind everyone else).
On the few times I have forced myself up early I have found it amazing what I can achieve. To do this, I need to go to bed earlier, stop all late night benders, and ensure when my alarm goes off I get up and don’t just punch the sleep button 86 times.
This is going to hurt.
