I took a walk... 3 years ago

today and found the perfect spot to read.

All the other places that I have been reading at were either heavily populated or just too uncomfortable. However this one has a nice water display as well as beautiful greenery….very peaceful and relaxing.

...thanks to my walk, I found that place and burned off some calories

I took another walk today during lunch. It was much longer than yesturday’s but this one involved window shopping…Ok, I bought one thing.

Ok, I took a walk today during lunch….but it was a short lunch. I guess it’s better than nothing.

I need to get in some kind of walk each day. I sit in this chair enough all day, and then on the couch when I get home. I need some exercise! My plan is to take a walk during my lunch break everyday at work. Then on the weekend, maybe a nice walk on the beach w/ my hubby.
