Actually I’ve lost over fifty pounds since I set this goal, I’d only forgotten to update. Well worth it. I really changed my life. I threw myself into karate, training hours a day (I worked up to it, of course) – and ate whatever I wanted, honestly. I’ve not really had to diet much, because I realized I can eat whatever I want if I exercise that much, and I’ll still lose weight. It’s been a journey. Total physical change.
