Halfway there

I can dream up plots and characters, and I have the technical ability to scan and produce digital comics… but I lack any real drawing skill. I’ve been drawn towards the ‘anime’ look, but I can only draw really basic faces, and body angles, hands, and feet continue to evade me. But, I enjoy (and am pretty decent at) coloring comics.
Anyone want to team up somehow in achieving this goal? You draw, I color? If we could find a Colorist/image editor, a writer, and an illustrator, I dare venture to say that would be both effective and fun.
