I started running again this week. It had been months since I last put on my shoes and Polar watch and hit the trails. But it was so worth it. As a thank you, my body gave me that ‘runner’s high’ after my first run. The best motivation to go again this week:)

I have heard that for a long time now, but I am actually at the last 15 so it means something to me. I know I have what it takes, its just a matter of making my health a priority over other things in my life. I have hovered now for about 2 years with this last 15, and it is now time to work on getting it off for good. My heart will thank me! So the plan is:
- 1300 Honest Logged Calories a day (as calculated per www.HussmannFitness.org)
- Water, Water and more Water
- Interchange jogging, yoga and resistance 5x/week
I can do this! I just have to be honest with myself.
