I started doing Tai Chi last summer, it’s very healthy to do it, esp. for me a quick-tempered person but it needs great perseverance and patience besides it might be at first monotonous and indynamic for young people and those who live in big cities, however if you keep doing it at least every week, you would benefit a lot from it.
