I am now the strechiest person in my cardio classes at the gym, (i watch everyone during the cool down!) hehe I am still a way away from my goals tho!

Am doing well am noticing a little improvment everytime I streach which is really rewarding
i had and interesting conversation with my musclar skeltal specialist about what will happen to my body if I dont streach in terms of aging which was some good motivation too!
This goal I have let fall way-side a little bit, but I am always streaching at the gym – I have started to notice some big improvements, like my knees nearly touching the ground in my groin streach, and being able to bend over and touch the ground (big achievement for me) – ultimately with this goal I would like to be able to – Put hands flat on the floor
- Knees to ground
- Do the splits in both directions
- put my hands on my feet and lie my body down my leg
(They all sound a bit confusing but I know what I mean!
I used to be ok but I’ve really noticed my muscles tightening recently, I am confused tho some ppl tell me to stretch everyday, others only a few times a week, some say hold it only for 30 seconds, others up to a few minutes, what has been most effective for you guys?
