I think I may have cracked it
We have had a break through ppl! Last night I put my alarm outside my door (and turned it up REALLY loud) when it went off I tramped right across to get it and then I was pretty much in the bathroom, so i just got in the shower – by the time i finished I was awake and kicking, a whole hour earlier then I normally get up after hitting the snooze button ten times! Im going to keep doing this and hopefully will train myself to the point where I dont have to (my boyfriend is NOT a fan of this new technique) but is the best so far!
Failing epically – alarm went off at 6.30 – out of bed at 8AM!!!!
Tomrrow I am setting it on the other side of the room, no more snooze button!!
Got up successfully at 6 again today, breakfast meeting, im good wen I know I have a reason, so I think thinking of an important reason before bed helps
Yesterday I got up up wen my alarm clock went off…...at 6!
Did goooooood today – alarm at 7.20 – out of bed at 7.30 – even tho I only had 5 hours sleep – its coz I knew I had to get up or I wouldnt have time to wash my hair – i think going to sleep with a reason to get up helps me
doing really badly at this, alarm goes at 7.20 – on average i get up at 8! ek!
Today (was sat) so i set my alarm from 9.30 (yay sleep in!) I work up at 7.29, wide awake, a minute before my alarm would normally go off, i promptly went back to sleep and relished my two hours BUT it proved I know when I should get up and its not as hard as I make it!
Getting there! Goal is to get up on time EVERY DAY THIS WEEK
