Got up successfully at 6 again today, breakfast meeting, im good wen I know I have a reason, so I think thinking of an important reason before bed helps

Did goooooood today – alarm at 7.20 – out of bed at 7.30 – even tho I only had 5 hours sleep – its coz I knew I had to get up or I wouldnt have time to wash my hair – i think going to sleep with a reason to get up helps me
Today (was sat) so i set my alarm from 9.30 (yay sleep in!) I work up at 7.29, wide awake, a minute before my alarm would normally go off, i promptly went back to sleep and relished my two hours BUT it proved I know when I should get up and its not as hard as I make it!
Did a good job today, again alarm went off and managed not to hit snooze, just listened to the radio until i awas properly awake! Tomorro have to get up at 6 so will see how that goes!
Did better this morning, alarm went off at 7, reached up immediately to hit snooze, caught myself, lowered hand, lay there till the blaring radio woke me up properly and was up in less than 5 minutes, YAY
