Travel to England

We spent three weeks in England—and had three days of sunshine. Nonetheless, it was one of the best holidays of my life!!!

• Wonderful stately homes/country houses and gardens
• Breathtaking and peaceful countryside

This weekend I had the idea of using Google maps (http://maps.google.com/) to plan our trip to England. In order to be able to save maps, you have to register, but then you can add points of interest and draw your route on the map.

I would have liked to have color coding options and filters (tags) to mark certain POI as priotity 1,2,3 or as “Garden” or “Hotel/Bed&Breakfast”, but apart from that, the tool is very useful!
