I’ve been taking belly dancing for the past few months. It’s great exercise, and fun too! I’ve signed up for Zumba instead, and I start on Monday. It should be a higher aerobic workout, so maybe I can fit in yoga or pilates once during the week as well.

I bought the Wii Fit on Friday. It’s actually turning out to be a great way to motivate yourself to exercise. It tracks your BMI, and also times how many minutes you have been working out with the system. It also rates you at how well you are doing each exercise, and lets you know if you are improving. Great fun, and I think it will get me to work out more. If you have a Nintendo Wii, consider purchasing!
I bought one of those little bike pedal exercisers that you can put under your desk, or use while on the sofa watching tv/gaming. It may not give me a good workout, but at least my legs will be doing something while I’m at my desk typing away all day.
