I finished going through the Power 90 DVD set, and now onto P90X Lean. I can now do 10 manly pushups, instead of the girly ones on my knees. I have muscle! Also lost 4 lbs, which is a lot, considering my starting weight was only 120.

To everyone out there with a Nintendo Wii: If you can find Wii Fit, get it! It has great ways to strengthen your core, increase your balance, burn calories, and gain muscle all from the convenience of your living room. I’ve been using it for 4 days now, and love it. It can track your weight and estimated BMI, and you can log exercise that you do outside of the game. Finally, something that makes exercise fun!
Everyone always talks about wanting to lose weight or inches. I’m only 5’2”, and 115 lbs. If I lose weight, I’ll be underweight! I need to gain muscle and lose fat instead. I was doing pretty well for a few months with Pilates at home, but I just can’t get into the habit of incorporating it into my daily/weekly routine. I just gotta find something fun!
