so now i’ve climbed to 135! blah. now i need to lose 12 pounds. if i lose 2 pounds a week, thats 6 weeks.

im at 131 now. and i’d like to lose the 9 pounds in 45 days. so thats 1-2 pounds a week, which seems completely doable.
okay im gonna go eat some cookies now :)
