i’ll stretch, it’s nice…i need to do it more often…i’m moving it to be part of my ‘take care of me’ goal

i am soooooooo sore. i work out and i haven’t been this sore in a long time. it’s a good kind of sore. go me
i thought it had been more than 1 week ago that I last stretched, but it was less than that…a few nights ago I had a huge body ache and headache so i did some slow breathing and stretching and it felt sooooooooooooooo nice, yay for stretching what feels good and right
the other night i told myself forget formal stretching…just stretch what needs it the most, it felt so nice
i do quickie stretches after my m-fri exercise routines (hey i’m just following the stretches that come after my videos) but i need more. i think i will devote saturdays to stretching…i’ve tried yoga before…but i’ve never really gotten any sort of an arm workout…it’s always focused on my hamstrings…am i not doing it right? is there more specific stuff for arms/ a total body stretch…versus just lower body stuff
