well i fell off the wagon sort of. i was in the gym then fell off that wagon, but tonite i did 22 mins of walk/run. for some reason i just WANTED to run tonite. Haven’t felt like that in ages (years?) maybe i just know i want to be a runner and the only way to really do that is stop playing around and run. I left the house at almost 10pm, but i just had to do it. I almost did another loop around the block, but i’m going to pace myself. my knee feels funny, i took longer walk breaks than they suggest, but i did it. my feet feel fine.
one of the guys on the fitness blogs that i follow said his wife is asthmatic but went from 0 to 8-9 miles in about 9 months. I think I can handle that! :-)
my goal is to hydrate, sleep well and run before i leave for richmond in the a.m. early, before it gets hot!
