I’ve neevr run 5k in my life… but I just did. Maybe all the yoga and zumba are helping me get fit after all. Aparently I have guns now too. I’m thinking of taking up swimming too, maybe just once a week or when I have spare time.
Right, in a month hopefully i’ll be reporting on the 10k. Haha. Wishful thinking maybe?
I think i’m in pretty reasonable shape. I’m certainly not unfit. I can swim 2k quite easily, although i’ve never really been a very good runner. Now to move onto the next goal, ‘get in the best shape of my life’.
I’m so much more in shape than I was a year ago. I actually enjoy jogging now. Last night at the gym I had a great time. I just wish that I could actually loose a bit of weight too. I’ve been going to the gym for about a year and I haven’t lost a bit. But, on the bright side, I am a lot healthier.
...I’m definitely climbing Fuji this year.
Last week I only went to the gym once out of sheer laziness, so this week i’m going 4 times to make up for it. Two days in the training gym adn two days swimming. I jogged 4k and swam 1.5k, which is a pretty good effort for me.
I joined a gym and had my first day yesterday… and lucky me there was a really cute boy that works there 5 days a week. I am going to go to the gym about 4 days a week, swimming, jogging and maybe taking a few classes. Going My fitness level is ok now, hopefully by december it should be great.
I’ve been running 3 times in the last week, and riding my bike, and jogging up and down my 10 story stairs. My calves are constantly hurting, but I feel much better. I only need 8 hours sleep each night now, instead of 10. So far i’ve been good for a week… which is longer than I usually stay on a fitness scheme for… so maybe this one is for real this time.
