I think that while I will never have washboard abs, if I continue the 3 times a week yoga, my core strength and posture will improve. I already am sliding out of pants without a belt… so I’m definitely reducing the waist size, even though I don’t seem to be losing much weight. Yoga is slowly transforming my jelly into strength. It’s incredible the damage that years of sedentary office work can do! What would I look like right now if I hadn’t taken up yoga a year ago…I can’t even imagine!
