Doing a lot better

It’s amazing – you move out of the department with all of the candy dishes, and you immediately eat less sugar. It’s awesome!



Moved to a new department...

...and there are no candy dishes anywhere! Hooray! Today I had an orange and a banana, but NO candy. I’m a happy camper.



I've sworn off candy

Well, at least for the rest of the year anyway.



I could be doing better...

...but I could be doing worse, so I guess I’m doing Okay.

How’s that for an inspirational post?



Overall...

...I am eating less sugar. The only thing I really have left to conquer is the daily work chocolate (which I now have a separate entry for). Woe, woe is me.

Co-worker still insists on keeping candy on her desk even though every single person sitting near/around her has complained about the constant candy access. Resistance is difficult!



Candy bender

I’m back at the office and have been eating the candy on the workmates desk all week long. I gotta start all over again!



Doing well

I’m still doing pretty good with this goal. Not perfect, but a heck of a lot better than I was a month ago.



I've been doing great

I have cut back on the sugar quite a bit. And I am actually starting to crave it a little less, I think!



I keep on going

I have successfully eaten less processed sugar for about two weeks now. I still go out every Sunday for ice cream, but as far as the rest of the week is concerned, I am eating way less than I used to.
