I got a new Pema Chodron CD, and listening to her is really helping me to understand the concept of meditation and loving-kindness. So I’m trying to move in that direction…

I’m still only managing to do this once/week at the moment. But I guess that’s better than nothing.
I am merely doing OK with this goal. I haven’t made much of an effort, and I really need to. Maybe tonight after yoga.
At the moment, I’m still meditating about once/week. I’d like to up that to at least two – three times/week.
I meditated again yesterday. It makes such a difference in my life, I really need to make it part of my routine.
I have managed to meditate a couple of days in a row. The entire meditation session was only about 10 minutes long, but ya’ gotta start somewhere.
I meditate sporatically now. I want to create a regular meditation schedule. I’m always happy when I meditate regularly.
