Today I’m exhausted. Just flat out tired, after 7.5 hours of sleep last night. The world is draining me! Or maybe it’s the less sugar thing?
I have been eating less sugar over the past two weeks and I feel that I’m slightly less sleepy than I was before. I’m not fully perky, but I am doing better.
I also have a ton of nightmares and night sweats so I am sure that contributes to my uneasy sleep patterns.
..but I feel like I’m always tired. I could take a nap at any given moment.
My doctor did a mess o’ the usual tests on me last year and everything is in order. I sleep 7 – 8 hours/night – more on the weekends.
I am cutting back on sugar, while at the same time, trying to spiritually align myself. Hopefully the combo will result in mas perkiness!
