Get 8 hours sleep a night. Goals need to be SMART to work:
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Time-limited
I’ve noticed, since starting putting effort into 43things, that most of the popular goals are a bit nebulous. How would I know if I was getting more sleep? Would it be enough? Problem is when you specify a SMART goal, like “get 8 hours sleep per night, on the long-run average” you find nobody else shares the goal!
Ah well. I know what I really need is 8 hours sleep a night. Next stop: finding a strategy to achieve it!
