I’m doing quite a bit of yoga, tai chi and pilates at home now, and even though I’m only getting to Body Balance at the gym, I think I can say this one is achieved, for the menatime :-)

Well, it’s been a long weekend, and bizarrely, the first time in probably a year in which I’ve done some Pilates/Balance at home. Two decent sessions. Hurrah!!
Finding Meditation.fm has been a good step forward…
I can only get to the class on Tuesday evenings, but this is second week in a row. I had a slightly dodgy muscle in one leg, so was a bit ginger, but I managed pretty well. Some progress on last week. Looking good :-) It is definitely less exertion than Body Balance, but leaves you feeling more tranquil and relaxed.
I went to a Pilates class a few days ago – first in about 4 years. Great to be doing it again. I could remember most of the moves, and had dropped some flexibility and strength, but I reckon I can pick it up again in a couple of months if I keep at it.
Went to my first Body Balance class in about 8 months yesterday – felt like much harder work. Maybe a combination of both will help achieve both strength and suppleness.
