I managed a good half hour meditation last night. In the bath. Yes, I know it’s lazy, but it worked.
I did a lengthy visualisation on a theme I half-remembered and half-imagined from a Barefoot Doctor book.
Felt most serene afterwards.
Now, how long til next time?

I am quite mentally exhausted these days. There are reasons in the form of sources of stress that can not be avoided, just managed. But I definitely need to make the time to calm my mind each day, and I am not finding it.
Need to commit…........

I did a good half hour’s meditation tonight. First time in years. I used Meditation.fm which provides nice electronic music. Feeling good! Hope I can make this regular.
