doing better

Now avoiding wheat, gluten & dairy produce pretty consistently. This has helped get rid of persistent eczema, and shed a few pounds, but nowhere near enough. Still need to work on portion control, and adopt a weight-loss programme. This goal only gets marked off when the amount I eat is good for my long term health.
