Yoga always feels good, but the past two mornings my practices have been especially welcome. My body feels tight and tired from all the exersion of the past several weeks of moving box after box, lifting sofas and file cabinets, cleaning ceilings and scrubbing floors. Amazing workout, moving!

is a great boon for the practice! This lovely morning, I went for a walk and then set up my mat in the backyard. It was such a perfect morning for it. Wonderful!
Today interruptions helped me realize how private and personal I feel my yoga practice is. So, while I DO want to teach yoga, I know that I also need my own personal practice, uninterrupted. Which is sometimes difficult, finding time that is peaceful and alone. I guess I don’t feel ready to complain too much though … in a few years the kids will be graduated and interruptions will be too few and too far between!
Have been successful this week. I’m feeling really good about my practice these days. Also, my newfound desire to teach has brought about a new mindset which is also inspiring deeper sessions. Wonderful!
In my previous goal, I resumed my daily yoga practice. Now this goal is about maintaining that practice. I really want to keep it up both for my well-being and to assist me in my goal of becoming an instructor.
