hey guys just wanted to see who are still trying to or in process to gain wt, i need someone along to keep me in discipline, thought best would be to help someone along and get helped as well

just wanted to share. After starting again with exsr and lots of food (after exams being over), I have started gaining, keeping up eating good and exercising regularly have at least got me few pounds this week. I think I need more tips on how to work out and yep definately what to eat that has more calories than anything and is less filling, cheers to all who are still working on this task.

hey guys, how is the eating and working gng. i am happy to see this as team, somone has asked for prtoien diet, i talked to intrutor and he told to work out for 3-4 days a week, all those non vegs, fish is the best source for protien with min fats and yes hwn u go for work out try to use heavy puts so that u cn do 6-8 reps and take god breaks between exercises and yes keep posted with ur progress,
hey guys,i had got lazy due to lots of work and coming exams but since missing exercises i a finding that i am losing again and losing apetitte as well, so now i am back to game, keep writing it really helps and yes for those who are working pls be consistent,

make sure u look at this site for execise and no. of reps before u start and those who have done it pls give tips for exercise, the 6-8 reps thinf is really working

I am just back after a reterat for weekend , missed my gym but no pros had good food and so i think as i will continue it will get better and i am determined to do it, i have also decided to get some things else so as to get max benefit to gain weight, lest see how it goes
hi all seems the people here are much he same and i am back after few months, previuosly i was “itsraining”, but this time i am gonna make it untill i do it. last time i showed some gains, just need regular boosts up from all guys and regular eating which i always loose
