Or so I thought… I got too excited when I decided to pay off the last chunk and paid more than the monthly amount without using Sallie Mae’s “10 day payoff” function.
So, now I have six friggin’ cents left (interest) and, since online billing doesn’t work with amounts less than a dollar, the only way I can pay it off is to send them a check.
