I have been doing more healthy things, I think just having the goal has made me more conscious. I have been drinking a lot more water, taking the long ways (walking) and trying to move more. I haven’t started an official excercising habit yet :( Check out discovery health’s body challenge, starting on Jan 14th they have an 8 week free pass to Bally’s if anyone is interested.
