It is a 2 bed / 2 bath house
It has a huge backyard (for modern standards) backed up to a conservation area, so there are no back neighbors, just trees to look at.
It has a two car garage and we have very nice neighbors all around.
I think the market in Orlando is pretty good, so it should not take too long to sell. Most of the houses in my neighborhood are selling in the 220’s to 230’s, but they are mostly 3/2 and mine is only a 2/2. I wonder where we should be pricing it?
