I want to watch less mindless TV. So rather than flicking through the channels of an evening I’m going to turn the TV off and listen to music or the radio and sew or read a book instead. Maybe getting a TV guide once a week would be a good idea then I can see what’s on and plan my viewing so that I know I’ve got time to spare until my show comes on. BTW this doesn’t mean I won’t be watching trashy TV, I will just make an appointment to view it, not search until I find something to distract me!
