been such a good girl. for the past 4 weeks i have exercised everyday.
walking to/from work every week day
walk the dog for at least 40 minutes and mostly 60 minutes everyday
started skipping and can now skip for 10 minutes straight
doing aerobics a few times a week
started doing a strength program via sparkpeople.com
yay, yay, yay!!!
if i can keep it up until december, i’ll consider it a permanent lifestyle change and call it done!
