One of my favorites that I found in a Pillsbury 15 Minute Meals booklet years ago. It nevers fails to wow!
Broiled lamb chops with mint sauce
Steamed asparagus
Zesty onion couscous
Strawberries with Amaretto yogurt and almond slivers for dessert.
The entire meal, prep to finish really only takes 15 minutes.
