Ok, I am 2 1/2 months now….still working out….yeah me. I have started running and am going to the gym 5-7 days a week.

Yeah for me! I have started working out with a personal trainer. I have been going to work out for over a month now…5 days a week. So far I haven’t skipped a workout yet. I am starting to feel better and it is not hurting as much as when I first started. :)
