I finally started getting determined about it about two weeks ago, and I’ve lost a kilogram (2.2 pounds)! I’m pretty happy about it, since I’ve stayed at 55kg for the past year and a half…
So, I want to lose weight and have this obsession with it but have no intention of becoming anorexic, so I’m setting my goal at weighing 52 kg. (114 pounds) I intend to do this by exercising/being more active and eating smaller servings at meal time.
