ok, after a long bouth of depression i put all the weight i’d lost back on, and then some. however in the past 6 weeks i’m down about 23lb, and back to roughly 40lb to lose. if i manage to keep this up, i’ll get to my target weight by october.

i’ve managed to put all fo the wight i lost back on and am starting again from scratch.
was up to about 60lb, but back to 45 (ish) now. at my current rate of loss, i’ll lose it by my birthday, possibly sooner if i manage my west highland way goal.
i’ve started reducing portions and trying to not snack near constantly, hopefully that alone will make a bit of a difference to my weight, but as the weather gets nicer i plan to take some more exercise and probalby eat a lot healthier, maybe even join some kid of slimming thing. shrug we’ll see how this goes.
no real time frame but i want to lost a little over 3 stones in weight (around 45 lbs)
