I feel that the speed at which I lead my life is shockingly bad! I so need to slow down and chill out a lot more. Every time I meditate (which is far too few) I feel extremely relaxed and like I’ve re-established a connection with some kind of inner self. Unless I do this more regularly, meditation’s almost magical effect gradually wears off, meaning that the knots in my shoulders and back return, along with the uptight and on-edge disposition.
