I’ve started trying to force myself to at least be reading in bed by midnight so i’m asleep by 1.30 am at the latest. so i’m getting about 6 hours a night at the moment which is 2 hours more than last term :) feeling the benefits already!

I am so bad at doing this! I’d love to do the whole 8 hours a night sleep thing every night
