“if you screwed up today, there’s always tomorrow”.
How many tomorrows do we have actually? I hate to stay at home actually because for every 10 minutes or every commercial break, i will walk into the kitchen, ransack the cabinets and fridge for anything edible. That’s so bad so I was thinking of locking the kitchen up.
Dieting is really crap. The best way to lose weight and we’re talking about life long here is seriously exercising. Because for every pound of muscle we gain, we actually burn 30-50 more calories?? And everytime after an attempt to jog, my appetite is curbed. I’m not feeling hungry at all, just very THIRSTY.
So from this month onwards, I’m gonna try to jog everyday. If I say everyday, I’ll only do it 3 times a week so it’s best to write more. Who knows I might be doing it everyday?!? I’ll have to find somethings to keep my hands occupied so they wouldnt resort to ransacking the kitchen.
My motivation: to travel in shape!!
