I have done this, I am saying that it is completed 3 days before my challenge is over. This does not mean that I am done trying new foods, but it means that I am off and running towards a healthier life. I hope that people will still keep me in check though!

At Applebees i have lettuce on my chicken fajita roll-up. it made me want to puke a little so I took it all off.
My mom and I had subway for lunch today and I ate onions on my sandwich. I didn’t like them. They were really strong.
this thing that Rebecka’s mom made…it wasn’t bad but there was coconut in it and that texture made me not to fond of it. Oh well…I tried it!
Yeah Sal made mexican food last night and she put diced tomatoes in it and I still ate them! Now you see normally I would have picked them all out and then ate, but no I ate them in my food!
Well Sal, Kristen, Sarah, Ryan, and I went to cracker barrell on saturday night and I ate some corn. Not only did I eat some of it, but I actually ordered it as one of my sides, so that if I didn’t eat it I would be paying for food that I threw away. But yeah I ate some of it!!
Oh and today, Sunday, I tried a little piece of lettuce because Cameron made me, and I had a little bit of corn and carrots in my taco and I ate it without picking them out!
Even if they are vegetables. I really want to not be so picky. I need to start eating better.
