i think this will be easier to do once i get my license. my mom just bought a book on making different asian noodle dishes, so once i can drive i’ll be able to go the whole foods and buy all those obscure ingredients. i’m excited…i want to be able to cook food that tastes good AND is healthy. sort of hard to come by these days.
