Start off simple 4 years ago

Eat less generally (i boredom eat)
No more chocolate (sounds crazy but to be honest i don’t even like the stuff)
Less crisps
More fruit
No eating after 6/7pm

Yes. Nice and simple to start off with i think! This has lasted about a day and a half so far, lets see how much longer i can go for. ;)



Curves yes, flab NO! 4 years ago

Ive been steadily gaining more and more weight over the past couple of years, what with it being GCSEs then straight into AS and A levels ive not only been comfort eating more but with no more PE lessons i certainly haven’t been exercising. So this is both about health and losing the flab before i start university next year. I doubt i’ll lose this much in that amount of time but anything will do!

Now.. suppose i should buy some scales.
