Okay, I'm going to put this in the done pile. 12 months ago

I can see that other people didn't like Phase 2 13 months ago

Well, I’ll be sticking with it for at least the first week, because I only have South Beach type groceries in the fridge. Even if I fail to keep to the diet religiously, I’ve made some changes that I hope will be permanent.

1. Wine instead of beer. Maltose is bad.

2. Eggbeaters instead of eggs. Frittatas are delicious.

3. Olive oil instead of butter.

4. Avoid sugar, flour, and potatoes.
