i have weighed this much since i was 13.
i was 120 once for a few months from depression-eating
and consuming too much of my mom’s “soul food,”
but that is not the kind of weight i want…
now that i am happier, exercise on a semiregular basis and
eat whenever i want to (as long as it’s healthy,)
i can’t seem to gain.
my diet is very simple b/c i am
a) lactose intolerant
b) wheat-sensitive
c) pretty damn picky
i am considering adding stuff to
smoothies…but what?
