ohhh HOW I WISH I WAS UNDER… “PEOPLE WHO’VE DONE THISAND IC OULD PUT BESIDE IT, worth doing!!! ahh I JUST WANT TO BE OVER WITH LOOSING WEIGHT.. AHH IM SO PISSED I HAD THE SCALE TODAY AND IT SAID THAT I WAS 61.. I WANT TO BE UNDER 60 SO BADLY!! I KNOW THAT IS MY FAULT BUT IS SO HARD.. I HAVE A LOT GOING ON.. THIS IS GOING OT BE MY LAST YEAR OF COLLEGE, I HAVE TO SEE WHAT I AM GOING TO DO, WHERE AM I GOING TO DO MY POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM ADN IS UYHUHUH SO MUCH!!!!!I JUST HOPE I DONT GAIN THE KILOS I LOST IN THE SUMMER

soo.. i started almost at 70 kg and Im only 165!!! my biggest.. now after 4 months I am at 60 I think even 59!! and i havent starve my self.. im happy.. my goal was 60 at first bc I didnt want to dissapoint my self.. but know that I see the resutls im going for 55!! wuhu

So i feel pretty good.. I worked really hard this week.. I was 65 kilos.. then I went to 64 .. went back to 65!!! so frustrating.. it seemed that I would always be 65!!! I decided to hide my scale.. I actually made my sister do it for me… And I told her dont show it to me until a certain date.. and guess what I AM 62 KILOS!! LOST 3 KILOS.. IM actually really exited..my ideal goal was 60.. kilos!! I am 165 tall.. so 60 sounds perfect.. but know that I know I can do it im going for 55 kg!! im so happy.. the only not so good thing is that Im going to this really awesome trip in like 8 days.. I might go.. is not a sure thing.. and I want to loose it all.. but i dont mind I feel great. Im going to really exercise and eat well this week!!! yeih.. :D

well soo I realize.. that is not that much weight I have to loose.. but is a weight that I want to defenetly keep of! so im doing everything very slowly, im not starving my self,im not making my self exhausted..I actullat made my sister hide the scale.. cause I think that was mi biggest enemy.. and Im feeling good.. I just have to keep this feeling….!!!!.. I was actually reading somebodies blog and I realize that its true.. I mean i shouldnt think this as loosing weight, but as A way to change my lifestyle! and I like it.. !

ohoho soo i had lost 1 kilo! which is great I was at 165 and without that kilo I was at 164!! but this week I was soo lazy and a little depress so i ATE SO MUCH! and no exercise.. guess what I gain my stupid kilo I dont know what to do.. if any body has like I dont know something that they found that it motivated them plz let me know!!! I dont know what to do Im so scared, bc what if I loose all that weight and then i GAIN IT BACK AS QUICKLY!! ahh im so frustraded.. I hated !!

so.. is been a looong month.. I started my diet.. which consisted on walking everyday 1 mile for the first weeks and then 2 mile sin the trade mill… I did not do those drastic diets bc I dont have to loose alot..and plus IVE tried them before.. and they dont work forme.. bc when I end up loosing does final kilos I gain them in a blink of an eye.. Lots of water!!! and lots of salads. which is easy for me bc I love salads.. the only problems Ive had are weekends! cause I end up going out with my friends!! and I eat a lot.. anyways besides that its been hard cause I only want to loose 5 kilos!! and u know what they said, the last kilos are the hardest ones.. but I think this time is different bc ive actually stick to it.. when I used to loose weight long time a go, everytime I eat an Ice cream or something That I wasent suppose to I would be like.. ehh i just messed everything up so I would eat more.. but know even If I eat icecream or bread or whatever.. I still do the diet…... so anyways my point is that i actually lost 1 kilo!! im so happy.. I actually saw the didference today and im feeling much better..

HEY GUYS I NEED HELP!! Im from southamerican and in southamerica everybody is very slim.. i dont know if its the food or the fact that its hot lol in there.. the funny thing is where I live wasent even that hot.. i came to canada 3 years ago.. and I started to gain weight that happens to everybody
when they come to north america!! there is to much fast food!! anyways i gained like 10 pounds!!.. i was almost 152.1174 and im only 5’4!! so i drop to 143! but i want to be in 132!!and i know that loosing the last pounds is the hardest soo if anybody is going through the same let me know.. lol i mean i know everybody is probably going through the same, but i want some body who is also struggling with those stupid last pounds.. !!!i hate it cause I see the scale and uhhh it just makes me mad!!! also if u have tips.. i rather do it slowly, help help!!!!
