I have been eating really bad this past two weeks. I just started school so its really hard to find the time to do exercise. I really want to loose weight before I go to this trip in december. I also really want to tone my body, so My goal is to loose 1o 10 pounds first.
I have 3 months for this, I just weighted my self, which I HAVENT DONE IN A LONE TIME B.C I HATE IT, and it says I am 129 lbs..
So I am 5’5 and that its not bad, but I KNOW i WILL FEEL so much better if I loose 10 pouns.
Once I loose 10 pounds I want to loose 5 pounds more.
so in total 15 pounds!! In 3 months!! I think that is realistic…. or maybe 10 in 3 months.. yes It is!! I just have to keep eating healthy, which I usually do during school (except this last weeks) and do exercise..
the only thing that scares me is that, this sunday is my bday! I TOLD MY PARENTS I do not want ANYTHING anything to eat.. b.c I will eat it alll!!! I dont want a cake or anything.. maybe a slice of something but thats it!!

I haven’t been able to get the wii fit! It is sold out everywhere in Canada!!
But I did get the DDR, I’ve been dancing like crazy, I love it b/c you can actually have a targey, how many calories you wan’t to loose, and it tells you how much calories you have accumulated since each game.
I’ve also realize that, doing exercise doesn’t necesarily mean that you have to go to the gym, for example, I’ve decide to be in charge of shoveling the snow in the house! You can actually burn a lot of calories with that. I think that they are so many things, that we take for granted that could actually help us you know loose weight, Walking, or Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and I am finally taking advantage of all that.
I know I am not overweight, And I know that I am on a healthy weight, But I’m not happy with my self, I finally want to get pants that fit properly, I don’t want feel uncomfortable with clothe. I agree with one of the posts hear, I don’t want to find shirts that fit my body, I want to be able to wear anything..
I want to do this before summer, I want To wear a bikini and feel good!
And is so hard, b/c I have days that I feel good, and I have other days that I feel like craP!! I am trying to hold on to those days, so I don’t go back to my bad habits.

So I got the Wii for Christmas!!!.. the best thing about it is the fact that I can get the Wii fit.. I’ve heard they are great and they can actually help you to get to your goal.
The thing is I get very discourage easily, so I need something fun and something that will keep me motivated. I was talking to someone today, and aparently you have like a coach and the wii fit will tell you how many pounds to loose, I know I shouldn’t rely only on the fit, I have to eat healthy and do other kind of exercise, but I feel that with the Wii fit I will be able to reach my goal.
I am also gettinG DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) I know for a fact that you can get a lot of workout, plus I love that game.!
anyways I will let you guys know how it goes!!!

SO NOW THAT I HAVE SUMMEER VACATION I HAVE THE TIME AND ENERGY TO SERIOSLY LOOSE WEIGHR.. SO I AM 133~!!! AND IM 5’5… I THOUGH I WAS 5’4 BUT I am actually 1” taller which is awesome!!!! anyways… I want now to loose 5 pounds first!! slowly bc IAM NOT going in thoe crazy ridicules diets.. that help u loose like 20 pounds in like a week.. I rather do something that will last for ever.. I used to be 144 a year and ahald a go.. and I start to loose some weighr o I lost like 11 pounds whihc is awesome but i want to loose 10 so Ill be 123!!!! but for now ill go with 5 and then 5 more.. IM JUST RADY!!!!

SO WHEN I LOST WEIGHT I WAS 132!!!! i am 5’4 which is not bad! i wanted to loose 7 pounds more, but I JUST WEIGH MY SELF AND I AM !!! 138!! 2 POUNDS FROM BEING A 140 AGAIN! OH MY GOD, no way IM NOT LETTING MY SELF GAIN WEIGHT AGAIN THIS WEEK I AM WORKING MY ASS OFF, what SCARES ME THE MOST IS THAT I HAVE THIS THINGS COMMING UP AND THEY ARE SOO STRESSFULL!! I CHANGED MY GOAL.. instead of loosing 20 pounds.. Im loosing weight so I can fit in skinny jeans.. I always wanted too.. my sister she is younger, got this skinny jeans and she looks so pretty in them.. so I always wanted but it dosent look good on mysoo that is my goal.. I will stay in this group..i JUST Think that id I have a goal like this I would have more energy and more desire to make it happen! i JUST FIND IT ANNOYING TO WEIGHT MY SELF AND SEE IM STUCK IN THE SAME PLACE.. my friend who lost a lot of weight and looks really good, had a goal, not loose 10 pouynds or 20 .. to fit in a bikini and now she lost so much .. so Im doing what she did!! YEAH

HEY GUYS LONG TIME .. WELL IM ACTUALLY WENT TO MY TRIP.. IM STILL HERE LOL. IN MY TRIP HAVING SUCH A GOOD TIME.. AND GUESS WHAT I LOST more KILOS.. I FROM 64 I WENT TO 60 ACTUALLY 59 KG.. IM SO HAPPY AND IVE BEEN EATING LIKE CRAZY.. I DONT KNOW WHAT WITH THE FOOD IN NORTHAMERICA.. BUT IN HERE EVEN THE ICECREAM MAKES ME LOOSE WEIGHT.. ANYWAYS MY GOAL AT FIRST WAS 60 BUT KNOW THAT I KNOW I CAN DO IT AND IT FEELS SO GOOD IM GOING FOR 55.. I CAN SEE IT IN MY CLOTH IN THE PICTURES.. PEOPLE HAVENT STOP GIVING ME COMPLIMENTS OF HOW GOOD I LOOK.. HOW SKINNY.. AND I STILL DONT FEEL THAT SKINNY.. I BOUGH SOME JEANS BEFORE COMING AND KNOW I HAVE TO FIX THEM CAUSE THEY ARE BIG.. i feel good.. I anyways im happy i havent been able to log to my account here but im going to try to do it more often.!

I was almost 68 -69 kilos.. and ive lost like 9 kilos.. in total.. thats good.. my bmi was like 24 which is not bad but not good and know is 22

So I was doing soooo goood!! this whole week.. I ate right.. and I walk 30 min on the trademill!! buy this weekend came and I cheated soo badly..!! really badly.. so today tuesdya Im starting all over again.. I dont want to give up!! BUT IS REALLY REALLY HARD!! CAUSE IS NOT 20 OR 30 POUNDS.. (IM NOT COMPLAINING.. )WHAT I MEAN IS THAT!!! THE LST 10 POUNDS IS ALLWAYS SOO HARD!!!AND IT TAKES SOO MUCH TIME!! AHHHH… AND I DONT WANT TO DO THOSE CRAZY DIETS THAT MAKE U LOOSE LIKE 10 POUNDS IN A WEEK. I CANT .. BC I KNOW I WONT STICK TO THEM!!!
