So I was so sick of everything and I finally started to do exercice and eat healthy.. I started last week… and I was 62.. now i am 60.1!!!! I was almost 59.9..I am 165.. so 57 kg is an IDEAL weight!! I am actualyl in a healthy weight but I just need five kilos more.. today I had an icecream after this two weeks of eating healthy and exercising.. I though I would regretted but I didnt!! I enjoyed it I havent had a big icecream in ages.. I walked from the bus stop to my house and thats about 30 min! so I did my exercise.. I really want to keep it up.. bc I always stay in 60 and then go back to 62 and then loose two kilos so is annoying.. my price this time is a book that I REALLLLLLLLLLLY WANT TO READ.. and I promise myself that if I went to 58 I would read it!!! so
1.2 kilos to go!!!!! thats my first goal after that.. I want to loose three more…55!!! and Ill read the other book which follors the first book.. and I REALLY really want to read them so bad.. I cant even look at the cover bc its just soo good.. SO WISH me luck.. oh AND THIS wenesday is my graduation and I really have to look good.. I am seeing this cute guy that ive been putting my eye on for the whole year.. so yeah.. and I think I feel much better… adn things kind of fit better too

Now I am 60.7!! I know is not a big difference.. but from 62 to 60.7 that means ive lost 1.3 kilos!! thats really go, I know its goign really really slowly but I dont mind, as long as I can see the result.. I DONT see it in the mirrow yet.. but hopefully I will!! so if I loose 0.8!! Ill be 59!!! I havent been 59 in like FOR EVER!! my goal right now is reallt to be 55 kg and then maybe go to 53 kg.. so if I gain a little and loose a little ill never go more than 55!! i can acutally feel it happening, plus i really have to work hard bc I might go travel to the caribean.. !! and I need to look good..! he he

OK SO i WAS 61.7!!! almost 62 kg!!!! grr but I went to scale and I am 61.2.. I know is not a bigg difference but at list I know im seeing the resulty.. I think if I continue like this in a week I could be at 60.!!! I MIGHT go to travel!! which means beach ! wich means bikini! IVE NEVER EVER WORN A BIKINI.. well escept when I was 15 and I ws back home.. I was skinny then. so My goal is to find this CUTE bikini and wear it by the end of june!!!!

OK SOOO SCHOOL IS OVER !! AND summer is here. IM READY to loose those final five kilos!!!!! IM so tired.. and eventhough i LOST WEIGHT I want to just loose a little more.. when I reach my goal of 5 kilos I will probably want to loose maybe three kilos more but for now this is MY priority!!! There is this ahhh guy that just makes me fave butterflyes in my stomach!!! AND iw ant to look good.. but I mean Im not doing this for him.. but Im doing this so I CAN feel good.. OK SO MY PLAN IS TO EXERECISE FIRST FOUR DAYS A WEEK.. 30 MINUTES TRAIDMILL.. ILL MAKE MY EXERCISE MORE INTENSTE LATER ONWATER A LOTNO MEAL AFTER SEVEN.. FRUITS AND VEGGIES!!!!! i also Want to do tummy exercise.. so IF SOMEBODY ACTUALLY READS THIS AND KNOWS OF EASY EXERCISE.. LET ME KNOW.. plus I might travel too soo I want to look good.. I havent wore a bikini in like seven years!!!!!!!!!!!!! so im working on that!!!

Well so I havent been really doing exercise and I have been eating a lot.. I am at 60 and I am 165cm.. which is not bad.. but i WANT TO BE 58 OR 57 KILOS!!! anywyas lately ive been ignoring my diet.. adm I DONT LIKE IT.. BC THATS WHEN I GAIN WEIGHT.. SOME FAMILY MEMEBERS CAME TO visit us.. and one of them told me did u continue to exercise and I was like… mm not really havent had the time. and she said .. u’ve gain a little weight whihc is weird bc i WEIGHT LESS THAN I used to when i saw her. anywyas at first I was crushed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but then I though tat I was acuatlly glad that she said this to me bc I needed to hear this from somebody to react!!!Bc of this I am going back to eating healthier and going exercise.. i love the fact that IVE MATURE .. anyways ill right back every week!!! Ive been so busy.. hpefully in three weeks Ill loose 1 kilo!!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY!!!!

So at first my goal was to loose 5 kilos.. but I was at 68-69!! and im only 165 cm… well it took me almost four months to loose those 9 kilos.. right now i AM AT 60!! WICH is really good.. but I still want to loose 5 kilos more.. I could just esily choose to only loose 3, but I want to go for the 5!! so anyways hopefully I will.. I hope to do it before I start school, wich is in september.. cause then Ill be too busy.. righ now ive been walking three miles everyday! whic is almost an hour.. a lott. so I DECIDED TO MAKE THIS MY PRIORITY GOAL!!!..
