oh yes! monday, tuesday, and wednesday, I got up, did pilates, and ran. and since tuesday and wednesday were killer because of swim team, i rested today. back at it tomorrow! maybe. I think i might have some stuff i have to get done first. ppl tell me that i’m crazy to set a goal for sub three…but of course it’s hard. If it were easy, eveyone would do it. the hard is what makes it great.

i REALLY want to do this. The bad thing is that i injured my IT-band a few months ago and that has made me stop training. I can run on an elliptical without hurting it and i did run a mile a few days ago with no trouble! yay!
