I’d say this is practically accomplished, but it’s one of those things that can always use more work. I eat much healthier now and I exercise in some for almost every day. I feel great!



eewwwww.

I don’t know where all of my good habits went. I’ve been drinking mt. dew, eating way to much sugar, etc. This is bad. I used to be such a health nut. Plus I haven’t been exercising. I used to be really good about that too. decides to go habit hunting wish me luck!



hmmm

my mom has us on a special, detox sort of diet. And we eat lots of really healthy things anyway. But haven’t been very good at making healthy choices most of the time. I’ve done much better lately though. And I’m making time to get exercising in. So, a work in progress.



sugar...

aigg. I can be a very competitive person, if i choose to be. Dad and I made a challenge. No sugar for 30 days, starting tomorrow, minus holidays, and one other day we each get to choose. That means not even jelly on my peanut butter sandwiches. So, my day…the Hawk Nelson concert. I am still considering a red bull, but not in your car, Viking. Rah. So here I go. I am going to win. No way I’m losing to him…he’d never let me forget. It may be a tie, but NO WAY i’m losing.



i decided to change this goal...

from the size four thing. I think my energies would be much better focused on developing healthier eating habits (like less sugar, less snacking, less processed food, more fruits and veggies), doing my best at swimteam, and focusing on training for my marathon. If some other things happen because of the changes I make, well, yay me.



not going very well

I’ve been sick. Thus, my healthy pursuits have been temporarily paused. I just hope that I can pick them up and STICK to them once I’m better. I tend to loose focus! gar..help!



new year, yay!

Yay! I’ve done really well so far with how I’m eating. And, my first day of swim team was today, and I didn’t die! I did get so bad though, that for a while I could barely stand. But it wasn’t as bad as I thought! Now it’s just making myself GET UP early enough in the morning to do some other stuff…but that requires sleeping. So I’m off.

yeah this is something I’ve wanted for a LONG time…and I need to get it done soon. One of my friends and I have just started a challenge to be healthier and get back into shape, and today wasn’t really bad, but it wasn’t that great either. I do want to do this now though. I want this to be the time I make it.
